Victor L. Hathcoat
Operations Manager Florida Panhandle

Victor has over 30 years in the electrical field. Focusing on the mid to large commercial field, he has worked on and managed a wide variety of projects, from high-rise office buildings, to medical and rehabilitation facilities, to town center-based multi-family developments. From apprentice to branch manager, he’s handled restaurants, banks, churches, condos, and hospitals to name a few. He’s currently state certified in Alabama and has held a North Carolina certification. He’s also OSHA 30 certified. He headed the Evening Electrical Department at Wallace State College for more than five years teaching AC and DC theory, residential and commercial wiring as well as certification preparatory classes. He currently serves on the Director’s Board for The Chapel at Crosspoint.

1982- 2007 Haymaker Electric, Ltd.– Electrician running commercial projects, restaurants, banks, professional offices, IRS Birmingham main office, thirty-four story office tower in Charlotte, NC.
2007- Present Bright Future Electric LLC.
Position: Branch manager/supervisor
Supervising 150+ employees, working with general contractors, sub-contractors and their employees, architects, etc. to see that the project gets done in a timely manner with attention to cost efficiency and details.
