It is great to work for Bright Future! To me it’s more than just the pay, the vacation time, bonuses and  company events. Bright Future means family, friends, learning and opportunity. You can start at the bottom and discover where learning and hard work pays off.  And even at higher levels I am still learning, still working hard and it’s still paying off! The management and company in general is like a big family where you can go anytime and discuss anything while helping you learn and grow, giving opportunities for advancement and a great career in a safe environment.

Bright Future Electric has been more than a job for me! I started my first job at a young age as an apprentice in the field. They paid for me to attend tech school and moved me up the ranks as I learned more. Working hard, I’ve been able to take advantage of the many opportunities for advancement that they offered. My family has grown up in this company, and that includes other friends and family’s meeting up often through company sponsored events like picnics, BBQs, kids days, and parties. Bright Future has a family atmosphere where you truly believe you are more than a number!
